One of the hardest things to come to grips with is the concept of unconditional giving or service. It is my belief that the universe is arranged in such a manner that anything done that has a value, will be given back in kind. (Positive or Negative)

I have seen it many times when there is a group of people and each person will base their level of work based on the group around them. If one person starts to slow down another person will slow down because they don’t want to do more than the other person that has slowed down.

But problem with this is that we are each individually rewarded based on our individual efforts. If you can leverage your unique ability through others you will rewarded in multiples of that leverage. Multi-level marketing works in that manner.

The key is to make sure that you work yourself into a fevered pitch no matter what you are doing without any thought to the reward.

This is called the Law of Cause and Effect. What you do or think comes back to you. Your actions or thoughts cause and effect to happen.
