The Science of Getting Rich and Where and When do you Start?

The answer to this question is quite simple…

You start right where you are at and now!

The fact is there is no better time to start then where you are at right now. If you put off this important part of getting going you may never get going.

I have been reading and studying material lately that suggests that you are only one idea away from your fortune. The main thing is to be open to hearing that idea and then have the guts to move forward with that idea until it becomes a reality.

So what ideas seem to create the greatest wealth:

1. Consumable products - products that people use over and over again. Food and Drink. Vitamins. Cleaning products. When you set up a distribution network and system for creating these products as long as there is a demand for these products and people have a taste for them it will continue to bring great wealth. Think of companies like Coca Cola, McDonalds, Pepsi Cola, Kelloggs, etc. These companies have a network of distributors and take a portion from each sale. Sale after sale after sale.

2. Royalty Income - Records. Music, Information. When you create a recording that is attractive to the ears of the public you can profit forever from it. Think of bands like Kiss, The Rolling Stones and The Beatles. Every time their music is played they receive a royalty that creates a wave of money to come to them in great abundance.

3. Real Estate - As the saying goes, their not making anymore of it. But when it comes to real estate it’s all about cash flow. It’s about what you pay for the real estate and the cash you receive for the use of the real estate month after month while building equity in the property. It has also been said that you make your money at the time of purchase not the time of sale. This is a very interesting concept to study. I encourage you to do so.

4. MLM - Multi Level Marketing. This is the process of selling consumable goods and getting others to purchase goods for themselves while referring it to people they know as well. And they tell a friend about it, and they tell a friend about, and they tell a friend about and so on. This way of marketing and promoting products is best when you are dealing in consumable goods. Again the success comes from the consumption of products that people enjoy.

5. Information products - You see them all the time on late night TV, selling the information that will… do whatever to help you get rich, lose weight, or whatever else is ailing you. They key to the success here is the lead generation to graduate the customer to more advance products and services that solve their problems.

I hope this list of possible ways of making money that keeps coming gets you thinking about ways you can apply it.

Remember, the key to success is  about providing a positive product or service that others find valuable enough to part with their hard earned cash in order to get it. It’s my personal belief that it should help them enhance their lives.

The Science of Getting Rich and Bahavioral Congruency

The Science of Getting Rich is about achieving your greatest financial potential by doing things in a certain way.

When you study this subject it requires both thinking and action and not only action but congruent action. It requires that you act in a way that moves you towards what you are looking to achieve, keeping your eye on the prize the whole way.

If you are looking to lose weight, stopping at the donut shop everyday is not congruent with the weight lose goal.

There are ways to start getting your actions congruent with your ultimate goal.

The first step is to find examples of people who have already achieved what you are looking to do and then start to do what they do.

I’ve never held back in this blog that action is required for success. But it requires  “right action”.

I find it funny that most people would prefer to reinvent the wheel, than to do what is relatively easy to mirror.

The steps outlined in “Think and Grow Rich” are easy to do. So most people will dismiss them as already “knowing that” and continue on with their self imposed suffering.

When your actions are congruent with your ultimate goal you will achieve it. There is no doubt about it.
