The Science of Getting Rich requires that You Start Right Where You Are At

In the Science of Getting Rich, Wallace Wattles says to start right where you are at, regardless of the industry or situation you find yourself in.

Acting in the “Certain Way” means to start acting in that way now, not when the circumstances are convenient to do so. When you start to act in this “Certain Way”, you start to attract the right situation into your life. When you are not acting in the “Certain Way”, you are actually repelling the situation you are looking to bring into your life.

The step you need to start with is becoming very clear about what it is you want to be, do or have. This is one of the most important and one of the most overlooked steps. You need to be crystal clear about what you want. The clearer the better.

You are going to be getting help from your subconscious mind and this requires a clear mental picture of what you want to be, do or have.

If you miss this step, all your efforts will be in vain and lead to frustration and misery.

This is not for you, you need to be clear. Not just clear but crystal clear. You need to paint a picture in your mind, down to the smallest detail.

But you need to start where you are at… Right Now!

Don’t wait until everything is just right because it will never be just right. You need to start now.

If you are not at your ideal weight, the steps I would suggest are:

1. Making a measure of where you are now. This gives you the beginning point.

2. Make an appointment with your Doctor and determine what is a healthy weight for you. And chart out a course of exercise and diet that is right for you.

3. Paint the picture in your mind of the ideal body you want to see around you. Take a picture of you, cut out your head from the picture, super impose your head onto a picture of the body you would like to have and put this picture somewhere you can see it everyday.

4. Implement the plan you and your Doctor have set up for diet and exercise. Seek additional help from a fitness professional. And find someone to partner up with in your search for a healthier more fit you.

5. And if you fall backwards, don’t look at it as failure, simply put the picture back into your head of the ideal you and start taking action on the plan again.

As this is certainly a rudimentary sketch of a plan it should give you an idea of how it works.

You can apply these steps to just about any part of your life you would like to improve.
